The Admissions Process
1) Application
Applicants may complete an online application packet.
To begin the application packet please click on the link above, and then select "Create An Account."
The application packet requires a $100 non-refundable fee.
*Note: A new applicaton is required for each year that you are applying*
Application Requirements - Please scan and upload items #1-4 into the application
1) Birth Certificate
2) 2024-2025 Report Card
3) 2023-2024 Report Card
4) Standardized Test Results
5) Pastoral Reference Form* from the church you currently attend.
6) Academic Reference Form* from a current teacher.
*You will include the email address of your pastoral and academic reference in the application, and the form will automatically be emailed to them once you submit your application. Once they have completed the form, it will automatically be emailed back to the Admissions department.
FBA requires a 2.0 cumulative GPA to be considered for admission.
Preschool Applicants
The FBA PK3 and K4 programs are a 5-day program, and we have either the half-day or full-day option. To complete an application, your student must be 3 years old (for PK3) or 4 years old (for K4) by September 1st. If submitting a preschool application, please use the following key to ensure that you are selecting the correct application packet.
K4 FD = Full Days (8am-3:00pm)
K4 HD = Half Days (8am-noon)
PK3 FD = Full Days (8am-3:00pm)
PK3 HD = Half Days (8am- noon)
2) Application Review
After all application materials are received, the administration will review your application. After review, families will be selected to come in for an interview. If selected for an interview, an office manager will contact you for scheduling. You will be notified by Admissions if your application is not selected.
3) Family Interview
The interviews are conducted by the principal of the respective grade for which you are applying, and it is for both the parent(s) and child to attend. Parents will then be notified if they have been accepted to the waitpool.
4) Waitpool
If accepted to the waitpool, you will be considered for any openings that become available for the respective grade for which you have applied. Your waitpool status will be kept for the entire school year for which you are applying. *However, your waitpool status will not carry over into future years.*
5) Enrollment
If an opening becomes available for your student, you will become notified and given the opportunity to enroll. Each new family is required to attend a New Parent Orientation before enrolling. Parents will then be provided instructions to complete the enrollment packet. The enrollment packet requires a $400 non-refundable fee ($100 non-refundable fee for HomeSchool Extension families) to be submitted.
Financial Aid Process
You may apply for Financial Aid online once the online admission application has been submitted. Submit your financial aid application directly to Facts Grant & Aid Assessment. Financial Aid is not available for PK3. You will not be awarded financial aid until your student has been offered a seat to enroll at FBA.
